Account and Data Deletion
Last Updated: June 2026
This page explains how to request deletion of your data associated with Exploding Arena (“the Game”), developed by D3K2 Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
The Game does not require a separate D3K2 Studio account. When you use online features, your progress and related data may be linked to Google Play Games Services through your Google account.
This page is provided to meet Google Play requirements for account and data deletion. For general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What Data Is Associated With Your Use of the Game
Depending on how you play, the Game may store or sync the following types of data:
Data Stored on Your Device
- Local gameplay progress and save data
- In-game settings and preferences
- Temporary gameplay data
Data Linked Through Google Play Games Services
If you sign in to Google Play Games in the Game, the following may be associated with your Google Play Games profile:
- Google Play Games Player ID
- Display name provided by Google Play Games
- Authentication status
- Cloud save data (saved games synced through Play Games Services, if enabled)
- Achievements and leaderboard entries for Exploding Arena (if those features are enabled)
We do not operate a separate login system and do not collect passwords for a D3K2 Studio account.
2. How to Delete Your Game Data
Follow the steps below based on what you want to remove.
Step A — Delete Local Data on Your Device
To remove save data and settings stored on your device:
- Open your device Settings.
- Go to Apps (or Applications) and select Exploding Arena.
- Tap Storage (or Storage & cache).
- Tap Clear storage / Clear data (wording may vary by device).
- Alternatively, uninstall the Game from your device.
This removes local progress, settings, and cached data on that device. It does not automatically delete cloud save data or Play Games profile data.
Step B — Sign Out of Google Play Games (Optional)
If the Game offers a sign-out option for Google Play Games, you may use it to disconnect your current session from Play Games Services.
Signing out stops further syncing under that Google account in the Game but may not delete data already stored in Google Play Games or in cloud saves.
Step C — Request Deletion of Game-Related Cloud Data
To request deletion of Exploding Arena data stored through Google Play Games Services (such as cloud saves, achievements, or leaderboard entries managed for the Game), email us:
Email: d3k2studio@gmail.com
Suggested subject line: Exploding Arena — Account/Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- The Google Play Games display name associated with your play (if known)
- Your Google Play Games Player ID (if shown in the Game or Play Games app)
- A brief description of the data you want deleted
- Confirmation that you are the owner of the Google account used with the Game
We may ask for additional information to verify your request before processing deletion.
Expected processing time: We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 business days. We will confirm by email when processing is finished or if we need more information.
Step D — Manage or Delete Your Google Account Data
Some data is controlled by Google through your Google account and Google Play Games profile, not by D3K2 Studio.
To review or delete Google account data, visit:
- Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/
- Google Play Games profile and activity settings (available through your Google account or Play Games app)
Deleting your Google account or Play Games data through Google may affect data across multiple apps and games, not only Exploding Arena.
3. What Data Is Deleted or Retained
Data That Is Deleted
When you follow the steps above, the following may be deleted:
- Local save data, settings, and cached files (stored on your device) — deleted immediately when you clear app storage or uninstall the Game.
- Cloud save and other Exploding Arena data linked to Play Games (Google Play Games Services / our game backend, if applicable) — deleted within 30 business days after we verify your email request (Step C).
- Achievements and leaderboard entries for Exploding Arena (if applicable, on Google Play Games Services) — deleted after a verified deletion request, or when removed through Google account tools.
- Play Games Player ID and display name as used in the Game (Google Play Games Services) — disconnected when you sign out; broader removal follows Google account settings or a verified deletion request.
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited information in the following cases:
- Copies of support or deletion-request emails — to handle your request, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retained for up to 12 months after the request is closed.
- Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you — for statistical or operational purposes where permitted by law, without personal identification, for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
- Data held by Google (Google account, Play Games profile) — managed by Google under Google’s policies, according to Google’s retention and deletion policies.
We do not retain local device data after you clear storage or uninstall the Game from that device.
4. Important Notes
- Uninstalling the Game or clearing local data does not by itself delete cloud save data or Play Games achievements/leaderboards.
- Email requests (Step C) are required if you want D3K2 Studio to delete Exploding Arena data stored through Google Play Games Services on our side.
- We cannot delete your entire Google account. That must be done through Google.
- If you reinstall the Game after deletion, you may start with a fresh local profile; previously deleted cloud data may not be recoverable.
